Aduuhhh!!! Kene Tipu Lagi.

Assalamualaikum...

Bulan lepas Emy banyak dapat call dari orang2 yg nak jual insurance ni, then ada la satu hari ni, dapat call from AIA AFG Takaful, hmmm..time tu xtau nape rajin pulak Emy nak layan,
dia pun cerita, Emy pun dengar...nak tanya memang xde ruang langsung, dia cakap kat phone tu cam train laju nya.. Emy sempat mencelah by sayin' hmmm jer...konon faham la tuh.

Dah habis dia dok cerita kisah dia yang sgt panjang lebar tuh,
dia mintak confirmation on Emy nyer personal details,
name, age, home addrss, phone no, D.O.B, Marital Status sume dia tau (mana dia dapat all this info ek?)
Then dia tanya 1 last question yang baik punyer!!

'now i nak u verify u punyer debit card no,
 i akan mention the 1st few digits then the rest puan sambung yer'

and so i did as what she told me to do :(

memang kene basuh la ngan Abg Suami bila cerita kat dia yang Emy 'terbagi' no tu kat that person.

Tapi Emy de cakap ngan that person, yang Emy xconfirm lagi nak amek, Emy nak kene discuss ngan Abg Suami dulu apa2 hal.

Then she said xpe, nanti dia akan hantar all the details for my better understanding on the matters
and dia akan include skali form untuk Emy isi, if setuju..then send balik kat dia..

Pastu dia mention this 1statement / soalan...
tanyer samada Emy Clear n Faham on apa yang dia bebel sepanjang2nya tadi?
Emy just jawap Hmmmm! (hmmm as in faham, not hmmm nak tnyer soklan tau)
Then dia cakap, "Puan kene jawap YA, not Hmmm.
So dia ulang balik ayat dia tadi, Emy jawap YA!! Siap Hangguuukkkk lagi, hamek ko!!

Tgk2 ni yang Emy dapat!! terus dia deduct from account Emy, Hah!! Yakin Sgt YA tadi kn??

A Week later, sampai la surat yang dia cakap tu, sat g bukak2 bukan form or procedure isi form ke or info on the insurance ker...
Its The Insurance Policy daa!!
Check account bank Emy dah kene deduct 2 kali dah...aduhhhh~~

ni la benda alah nyer.. :(
Abg Suami pun pe lagi, call la... nape dia ley suka suki deduct sedangkan Emy xde sign pape pun,
everything tru phone jer, so Abg Suami tanya la AIA ni klau nak cancel policy ni skng, tru phone boleh?..dia cakap xboleh..then nape u deduct sum amount of money from my wife nyer account boleh tru phone..marah betul Abg Suami,tp marah dia bukan yang tengking2 tuh, marah cara dia la..tp mmg masak la org tu xpat nak jawap..hihihi
nak cancel kene wat surat...hmmmmm~~

Bukan pe, ktorg dah google, pastu banyak lak case yang berapa nak baik, kene tipu n all..
So ni contoh surat Emy..kot de kawan2 lain yang mengalami nasib yang sama ngan Emy ni kn?? hihihi..

RE: Cancellation of Insurance Policy Certificate No : #________

I am sending you this written notice to request cancellation of my insurance policy effective on 18th August 2011. I would appreciate you sending me a written confirmation within 10 days that the cancellation has been put into effect.



2. I have found out that your company has deducted in total of RM_____ from my Maybank account (No:_______) without any prior consent or any written agreement sent to me prior to the deductions on 18th July 2011 and 16th August 2011. Besides, I would like to lodge complaints of misconduct in your business policy in validating sales agreement through phone conversation with twisted facts and leading questions in pursuance of revealing my account information to bind the sales agreement.

3. In regards to the above misconducts, I demand your company to refund the deducted amount in full (RM_____) and stop any future deduction from my account within 30 days (effective from 18th August 2011) as promised by the customer service officer in charge (Ms Fazlina).
